The program of Industrial Engineering Department (IE) is designed to develop professional engineers in different fields: Product design, production management, production planning and control, plant design and layout, productivity and cost reduction, quality planning and control, package design and human resource/general management.
PEO 1: Graduates perform proficiently and productively as industrial engineers engaging in design, planning and operations of manufacturing, production, logistics, industrial automation, and quality assurance systems.
PEO 2: Graduates use their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to function effectively both as individuals and as members of multidisciplinary teams engaging in ethical and professional industrial engineering practices that account for global, environmental and social impacts of engineering decisions.
PEO 3: Graduates adapt and compete effectively in a rapidly changing technological environment both within and outside industrial engineering through advanced studies and the process of lifelong learning.
