On April 19, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Ronnachai Sirovetnukul, acting Deputy Dean for Human Capital Management of the Faculty of Engineering, attended an audience to welcome Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The ceremony proceeded with the raising and enshrining of the royal symbol above the Phra Phuttha Maha Siri Peeriyapat Hall and the official opening of the hall. Clinical Prof. Emeritus Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, Chairman of Mahidol University Council, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, President of Mahidol University, and other Mahidol University executives were present to greet Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, Salaya.
