On March 27, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Korporn Panyim, Deputy Dean for Administration, Research, and Innovation, delivered a welcoming speech to the executives and study participants at the Innogineer Studio. Dr. Satit Niramitmahapanya, Director of the Institute of Medical Research and Technology Assessment, outlined the objectives of the study visit. Presentations on Medical AI Technology were given by Asst. Prof. Dr. Narit Hnoohom, Department Chair of Computer Engineering, Dr. Konlakorn Wongpatikaseree, Deputy Chair of Computer Engineering, and Prof. Paisarn Muneesawang, Head of the Vision Laboratory.

The afternoon session included laboratory visits to the Department of Computer Engineering, the Department of Industrial Engineering, and the Department of Biomedical Engineering. The visits covered laboratories such as Computer Vision and Human Interaction Technologies, Image Information and Intelligence, Thailand Mental Health Technology and Innovation Center, Flexible Manufacturing Systems, Brain-Computer Interfaces, Biomedical Data, and the MINT initiative.
