On March 12, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University, along with the executive team and lecturers, participated in the opening ceremony of the international academic conference, "International Regulatory Science Forum 2024: Navigating Digital Health Product Development in Southeast Asia amid Evolving FDA Regulations." The event is organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Engineering, along with the Department of Regulatory and Quality Sciences at the School of Pharmacy, University of Southern California, United States, and National Cheng Kung University, Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Medical Device Control Division of the Food and Drug Administration.

The conference is scheduled to take place at Meeting Room 206, Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, Sri Ayutthaya Road, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok, from March 12 to 15, 2024. The primary objective of this international academic conference is to facilitate the dissemination and exchange of advanced science and knowledge at the international level, focusing on drug registration, pharmaceuticals, and health product regulatory science. The event aims to foster networks of academic cooperation and research among professionals in the Asian and American regions. The activities during the conference will include lectures and workshops on various topics presented by qualified speakers, as well as field study visits at the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, Salaya.
