The Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University organized Performance Agreement (PA) Training for lecturers and staff of the Faculty of Engineering.
On June 8, 2023, the Human Resources Department of the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, organized Performance Agreement (PA) Training. At this event Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Vice Dean for Strategy and Human Capital Management, gave an opening address to attendees. A special speaker from the Division of Personnel, Mahidol University, Ms. Jariya Panya, who is Director of the Division of Personnel, gave a lecture and provided knowledge about how to write a Performance Agreement (PA) correctly in relation to university guidelines.At the event there was also a Performance Agreement Workshop for lecturers and staff of the Faculty of Engineering. This event was held at Meeting Room R114, Floor 1, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.
