We are pleased to invite you to participate in the "Tools and Methods for Sustainable Tourism Development: Case studies in Phuket and Other Global Destinations" Public Seminar on Friday 25 October 2019 at Theater Room (5104A), 1st floor, Learning Center Building (5A), Prince of Songkla University, Phuket campus, Thailand. The seminar is jointly organized by Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University and Faculty of Technology and Environment, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Phuket Campus.
The first topic “Decision support tools and case studies on sustainable tourism designs and development in Phuket and other global destinations” will be presented by Asst.Prof.Dr. Trakarn Prapaspongsa from Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University. This presentation is a part of the project “Life Cycle Assessment of Tourism in Thailand” in collaboration with Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI).
The second topic “Methods for Assessment of Green Domestic Product (GGPP) of Phuket, a Tourist City and Study Results” will be presented by Dr. Kritana Prueksakorn from Faculty of Technology and Environment, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Phuket Campus. This presentation is a part of the project “An Analysis of Green Gross Provincial Product (GPP) of Phuket, a Tourist City" funded by National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).
