On June 26, 2025, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon with the executive team, faculty members, and staff, welcomed Professor Dr. Jarupim Soongswang and the external EdPEx performance evaluation committee to the Faculty.

The visit was part of the 2025 unit-level quality assessment under the MUDdPEx-A1 format. The assessment aims to evaluate the performance of the Faculty based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx), an internationally recognized framework that promotes systematic quality improvement across key areas: management, education, research, academic services, human resource development, and institutional sustainability. The meeting was held in Room R114, Building 1, at the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.

During the visit, the Faculty presented its achievements and the progress made in several areas aligned with its vision of becoming a leader in sustainable engineering innovation. The presentation emphasized data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to support continuous development.

The assessment session was conducted in a constructive and engaging atmosphere. The Faculty and the evaluation committee exchanged strategic insights and valuable recommendations were made for future improvements, reinforcing Mahidol Engineering’s commitment to national and international excellence.
