On April 4, 2025, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Chularat Sakdaronnarong, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering along with Associate Professor Dr. Atthapon Srifawelcomed and Dr. Soontorn Tuntithavornwat, Lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering welcomed and had collaborated discussion with Mr. Antoine Battle, Global Membership Specialist from the Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC), USA, a renowned organization that connects global educational institutions with universities in Texas, specializing in renewable energy, technological innovation, and medical research.
The discussion highlighted potential academic partnerships between Mahidol University and TIEC-affiliated institutions, fostering opportunities for knowledge exchange and innovation. It was held at the Assistant Kanit Sa-nguantrakul Meeting Room, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering.
Mahidol University has established numerous international partnerships, including a previously signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Texas Health Science Center in Houston. This reflects the university’s commitment to expanding its global academic network and enhancing its research capabilities in engineering and technology and marks an important step in strengthening educational and research ties between Thailand and USA. It is expected to pave the way for staff and student exchange programs, as well as research projects with real-world applications that contribute to academic and technological advancements.
