On October 3, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Pattaraporn Posoknistakul, Deputy Dean for International Affairs and Special Affairs, and faculty members, welcomed executives from ECAM LaSalle, France—a leading engineering institution. The visiting delegation included Mr. Didier Desplanche, Rector of ECAM LaSalle; Ms. Severine Delaverhe, Director of the Lyon Campus; and Mr. Yodsawat Lamjaroenchai, Director of ECAM LaSalle Asia Pacific Co. Ltd.

The purpose of the visit was to attend a meeting aimed at discussing and exchanging ideas on academic and research cooperation. The discussions focused on potential collaborations in education, student and staff exchanges, joint activities, and additional areas of mutual interest. These efforts are expected to foster effective and innovative cooperative projects in the future. The meeting was held in Room R 210, 2nd Floor, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.
