On August 29, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University celebrated its 34th anniversary, commemorating its establishment on August 29, 1990. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, along with the management team and personnel, welcomed deans, executives, and representatives from various departments of Mahidol University who came to extend their congratulations on this milestone.

The morning events included a worship ceremony of sacred objects within the university, a Buddhist ritual, the offering of food to monks, and an award ceremony honoring lecturers who were recognized as exemplary in three fields: Science and Technology, Social Sciences, and Social Service. Additionally, certificates were awarded to athletes who won medals at the 40th National University Personnel Sports Competition "Angkaew Games 2024." In the afternoon, the Dean led an activity titled "MUEG Join Hands to Make a Beautiful Home," which involved a building walk to collect garbage, aimed at keeping the environment clean and tidy.
