On August 17-18 and 24, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, through the Engineering for Social Responsibility Department, in collaboration with Linktech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Smartlife Innovation Co., Ltd., organized the “EV Innovation Development for Eastern Community Technicians” project. The project was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Krissada Asavaskulkeit, Deputy Dean for Academic Services and Policy Advocacy, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Rung Kittipichai, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, delivering a speech on the project’s objectives. Additional speakers included Mr. Thewarit Thamkulkunakorn, Director of Smartlife Innovation Co., Ltd., and Mr. Thanwa Wongsathiam, Managing Director of Linktech (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who discussed the benefits of the project.
The event offered both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in “EV Innovation Development,” focusing on modern electric vehicle innovations and real-world experiences. Expert speakers included Lect. Worawit Isarangkul Na Ayutthaya from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Lect. Chaichanat Chansillapakul from Chulalongkorn University, and Mr. Piya Paiboonrungroj from the Department of Electrical Engineering. The knowledge and skills gained from the event were intended to be applied to work processes and further developed for sustainable efficiency at Innogineer Studio, Building 3, 1st Floor, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.
