Research Stay
In addition to the Mobility Program, the students will be arranged to participate as a “Research Stay” at one of our international partner universities and get a worldwide experience and research guidance from international faculty members for a few months. 

Real Work Experience in an International setting
Some students will also be sent to work closely with industry in an international environment in order to learn more on real industry problems.  

International Conferences
In order to enhance international experience the Ph.D. students will be encouraged to present their academic papers at one or two International conferences.  

International Activities

1. The Ph.D. Program organized a Special Seminar on “Health Care Efficiency and Innovation” by Prof. William G. Ferrell, Professor of Industrial Engineering and Associate Dean of the Graduate School, Clemson University, USA in November 2010.
2. The Ph.D. Program conducted a Special Seminar on “Food Supply Chain Management: Thailand’s Competitiveness” by Prof. Lalit M. Johri, Professor of Strategic Management, Oxford University, UK in December 2010. 
3. The Ph.D. Program organized a Special Seminar on “Transport Logistics in Europe-An Integrated Process” by Dr.-Ing. Wilfried Strothmann, Professor, TUHH, Germany during January 2011.
4. The Ph.D. Program offered a Special Seminar on “Updated Logistics Technology for Distribution Center focusing on Pharmaceutical products” by Mr. Carsten Spiegelberg, Director of Sales, SSI-Schaefer, Singapore in February 2011.
5. The Ph.D. Program Director and the students visited UNESCAP and met Mr. Dongwoo Ha, Director of Transport Division in February 2011.
6. The faculty members and Ph.D. students presented their papers at the 6th International Congress on Logistics and SCM Systems during 7-9 March 2011, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
7. The faculty members and Ph.D. students visited Institut Technologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia as a part of its Mobility Program to exchange research ideas and experience with ITS faculty and students in June 2011.
8. The Ph.D. Program joined the mobility programe in Malaysia.
9. The Ph.D Program student went to research stay at TUHH, Germany.
10. The Ph.D Program student went to research stay at Clemson University, USA
11. The Ph.D Program student went to research stay at Darmstadt,Germany
12. The Ph.D Program student went to research stay at Liverpool john moores,UK
