1. ส่วนงานในพื้นที่พญาไท และบางกอกน้อย
รับวัคซีน ณ ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล ลาดพร้าว ระหว่างวันที่ 10-12 มิถุนายน 2564 (ไม่เว้นวันหยุดราชการ) โดย คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี เป็นผู้ดูแลและให้บริการ
2. ส่วนงานในพื้นที่ศาลายา และวิทยาเขตอื่นๆ รับวัคซีน ณ ศูนย์ประชุมมหิดลสิทธาคาร ระหว่างวันที่ 10-15 มิถุนายน 2564 (เว้นวันหยุดราชการ)
อย่าลืม!! Capture screen หรือ print out หน้าจอ “ยืนยัน” การรับวัคซีน Download เอกสารประกอบการฉีดวัคซีน และกรอกเอกสารข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เลขที่บัตรประชาชน และส่วนที่ 2 แบบประเมินความเสี่ยง นำติดตัวมาในวันมารับวัคซีน

1. For Faculties/ Departments in Phyathai and Bangkok Noi Campus,
the vaccination site is CentralPlaza Ladprao during June 10-12, 2021 (including holidays)
Operate by Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital
2. For Faculties/ Departments in Salaya and the other campuses, the vaccination site is Prince Mahidol Hall Conference Center
During June 10-15, 2021 (excluding holidays)
